Born in central Illinois, I went to college in Nashville, TN to study music. Before finishing school, I hit the road with Jars of Clay in 1996. I enjoyed traveling the U.S. and throughout the world with them for 9 years, compiling stories and seeing my view of the world transformed over and over again. Those years paved the way for my current work with Blood:Water Mission.

What a great work of redemption and mercy God is doing through BWM. Jena's post "got to me" a bit. Charlie's post resonated with me experientially.
I came across your name on the credits of "The Builder and the Architect" a couple weeks ago, so I thought I'd look you up. Good to read about your journey thus far.
BTW - you can keep the volume pedal.
